Gig 'Em Ags!!!

This season of Aggie Basketball has had its ups and downs.  BUT, one of the best UPS came on February 16 when the Aggies beat the hell outta tu!!!  We were lucky enough to be at the game, and it was a great game from the beginning to the end!  WHOOP!

Hopefully this is a sign of a strong ending to our basketball season!

Happy Birthday to Jeremy & Rob!  It was a great night with good friends, good dominoes, and good cake (THANKS, VICKI!!)!!!!! 

A New Dart Season

January means a new dart season is here!  These pics were from the Captains' Meeting.  After the meeting, Duane played in the Saturday Night Tournament at Poets and came in 1st place!  It was a good dart night--and hopefully will be a good dart season! 

Win or lose, we can always count on dart nights to be FUN!

Merry Christmas!

Duane has been wanting a new tv forever, and this Christmas, we finally decided to take the plunge and get a new, bigger, better tv!  My only stipulation was that it had to fit our entertainment center, which it does....barely and only because we removed the pocket doors from the cabinet!  Duane got as big a tv as possible!  We've had it about a month now, and I must admit it is great!  We are completely spoiled by the size & the Hi-Def channels! It is a VERY Merry Christmas present, indeed! 

AND, Kitty had a GREAT time playing in the packing materials!  He was most disappointed when Duane took it out of his living room!

Rockin' New Year's Day

We celebrated New Year's Day at the Dragers' house, where we had a wonderful meal of ham accompanied by the traditional black-eyed peas & cabbage. Chris & Shannon brought their Wii Rock Band, and it soon turned in to New Year's Rockin' Day for the guys. The guys had a great time playing & singing, and the girls had a great time staying out of the game room!!!

Casey is playing the drums; Jeremy is playing the bass? guitar, and Duane is singing!!!

As we were getting ready to leave, there was an instrument switch-a-roo. Jeremy & Casey switched to guitar, while Chris played the drums. See my husband in the background urging me to go?!?!

And, of course, I couldn't let this moment pass without getting some video from their gig!

We've Been Elfed!

The holidays are off to a great start! I've completely finished my shopping (just don't ask about the wrapping), and I've still managed to find a few minutes to play!!!! What FUN!!! We've been elfed!
