Lamanda and I went to ATBF again this year. It is so exciting to see authors and hear about their new books!!!  Looking forward to reading many of these!!!

Grandma Mills' Dishes

Grandma gave me her dishes before she passed away, and I love them! I've been missing them for a while now; my green hutch was getting VERY rickety, and I was afraid of a catastrophe.  So, I packed Grandma's dishes away and got rid of the hutch.  Mother and Daddy have been storing them for me for several months.  Recently, Duane and I made a trip to Houston to pick up a china cabinet.  And now, Mother & Daddy brought my dishes to me during their recent visit.  They look just beautiful in the new cabinet!!!  

First Yell and College Game Day!

We went to First Yell with the Dragers this year and had a really good time!

 First Yell was the night before the TAMU/Bama game, and ESPN's College Game Day was all set up and ready to broadcast from Simpson Drill Field.  We, of course, had to go take a look!

The Princes Go to Aggieland!

Since Hunter is an Aggie, Larry, Jackie, and Caitlin have gotten into the swing of things and came to town for the Aggie/SHSU football game.

Labor Day Celebration!

We had the Dragers, Grecos, and Olivarris over to the house for some Labor Day fun!   For most of us, it was a Labor Day celebration, but for Christine, it was both Labor Day and PRE-Labor Day because she was scheduled to head out to the hospital to have Baby Mason the next day!
