A St. Patrick's Day Feast

St. Patrick's Day is a favorite of ours! This year, it fell during spring break, which means I got to spend all day preparing a fantastic, fabulous, Irish meal!

On the menu...

Guinness Irish Stew with Soda Bread

For dessert...a Guinness chocolate cake, topped with a Bailey's icing. OMG...Bailey's icing!
